Because a published tier is either too much for a five person security team or too little for a multi entity enterprise. We would rather spend fifteen minutes understanding your program and give you a number that is actually right.
Will I get a real number on the first call
Yes. Tell us your frameworks, headcount, and timeline and we will give you a straight figure on the call, not a follow up sequence.
Do you charge per framework
Frameworks factor into scope, but overlapping evidence means each additional one costs meaningfully less than the first. Expanding is designed to be affordable.
Are auditors charged as users
No. Auditor portal access is free and unlimited on every plan. Charging for the people reviewing your evidence never made sense to us.
Is onboarding included
Always. Every engagement includes live onboarding with framework setup and your first integrations connected. Nobody gets handed a documentation link.
